luxurious decor but service needs attention
The hotel's decor is stunning—perfect for special occasions! I loved the thoughtful anniversary decorations in our room. The city view from our Deluxe King Room was breathtaking, truly a highlight of our stay.
However, the service did not meet expected standards for a place of this caliber.

Exceptional Service and Comfort
I stayed for 1 night in a Club Lounge Access City View Corner Suite and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel special for our anniversary, and the view of the CN Tower was breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night. However, the decor could use a touch of modernization to enhance the overall experience.

The One Bedroom Corner Suite offers impressive views of the city skyline, providing a spacious living area and well-appointed bathroom. The club lounge features a solid selection of snacks and drinks, creating a comfortable spot to unwind after a day exploring.
The breakfast experience fell short—my omelette lacked taste, and the breakfast room felt cramped without natural light. While the amenities appeared luxurious, I noticed some older furnishings and equipment that could use an update, including a non-functioning safe and cooler in another room. Communication issues regarding my card pre-charge added frustration, which detracted from the overall experience.

Nice stay with a twist
Had a corner suite with great views of the CN Tower and the lake, which was pretty cool. The pool area was clean but a bit low for awesome views. The staff were super friendly, and I loved the complimentary ice cream stand in the lobby. A bit pricey for valet parking at $50/day though.
